The office is very unorganized and they are not diligent about resolving billing issues. I have emails that went unanswered and when I go talk to them in person they seem to never do what they say they will. I was charged excessive fees for things that were submitted and I was promised refunds for things I was never given refunds for. Theyll tell me they are going to call back and do not do so. Lack of communication within the office to resolve things properly. UPDATE: they said the issues were resolved and they were not. I sent them my renters insurance 8 months ago and they acknowledged it and I had to reach out often to get those violation fees removed. After moving out they charged me rent for an extra month on top of more violation fees that were not justified. They also take your whole security deposit with cleaning fees even though I left the apartment spotless. They told me they have to clean the carpets after every resident no matter how clean it is but yet Im charged the cleaning fee for it?? Scam

Great apartments, Ive been living here for almost 2 years and have not had any issues. The property manager Katie is awesome to work with and shes on top of everything. I highly recommend this place if youre looking to stay in SLC!
