Admiral was the second company I scheduled. The first one wasn't able to identify the issue. Jonathan Fair was the technician who came over and was able to find what was going on. Very happy with his work.

Update: Admiral Plumbing is still my plumber. Every time I need something, I call them. I love the company culture, the great personalities of the guys who come, the excellent workmanship, the cost, the reliability. Original review 2017: These are my go to guys. Scheduled an appointment over the phone, via text they were able to uncover my issue and give me a solution without even visiting the site at no cost. Really great customer care, once they realized it was a simple fix they didn't try to take advantage of coming out and charging me anyways. If I do have any other major issues come up I will for sure be going back here.

They were able to schedule us within a reasonable time. They were able to fix the hose fixture and replace the parts. John was the service technician that came onsite. Professional. took care of all the details. fixed it right the first time. he made it look easy. This even required that he leave and check multiple stores for the hard to find parts- due to our fixture. We appreciate his work! will definitely keep their number on hand for future needs.
