The Only Review You Need To Read. For those looking to entrust an immigration law firm to handle your case with care and sensitivity, look no further! My wife and I's experience has been beyond exquisite. My wife is from Peru and was trying to renew her residency here in the USA so she could continue to stay with me. WILNER & O'REILLY had many qualities that I felt were impressive while working with their lawyers. Three of these many qualities were, Transparency, no hidden fees, and outstanding communication. Whenever you are dealing with something as serious as your immigration papers, having a lawyer that is fully transparent in the beginning is key. When we first met with our Lawyer Carla, she was perfectly open about the length of the process, how much it would cost, what the process looked like, and provided answers to all our questions. Another significantly important quality was not having any hidden fees. With law firms these days, you will often find lawyers that will nickel and dime you for everything. WILNER & O'REILLY kept to their commitment to the price we agreed upon from the start and fulfilled it completely. I have allot of respect for those today that do what they say and keep their commitments. Finally, one of the most critical elements when dealing with an immigration lawyer, in my opinion, is communication. Our lawyer, Carla K., was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. Every time our application moved to the next step, or their was a development in our process, Carla would reach out and follow up with us to keep us informed. We often would ask questions to help ease our concerns and she would take the time to talk and discuss with us about our many concerns. This is probably one of the most important qualities that inspired me to write this review. I am so grateful for the care they provided to both me and my wife. They made us feel valued and important as a client and were easy to get in contact with. In conclusion, choosing an Immigration lawyer can be a stressful and life-changing choice for both yourself and your family. The process of any kind of immigration related issue will most definitely have its ups and downs. What makes the biggest difference is having a law firm and lawyers that are there side by side with you throughout the entirety of the process. WILNER & O'REILLY has been a pleasure to work with because of their many great qualities of transparency, having no hidden fees, along with outstanding communication. I will most definitely be going back when my wife begins the process of getting her citizenship in the near future.

Having the worst experience with this law firm during my immigration process, I decided to work with them due to the great reviews and reputation but I wonder if they're fake reviews because they're beyond than unprofessional and inefficient. My case manager is Carla Kareem and she missed the deadline to send my medical exam to the USCIS, they said it was valid for the interview and of course I trust them, weeks after I received a letter from immigration saying my medical exam was expired when a week before Carla said my card was on his way, she just lies to you again and again. Now I have to take it and pay once again (Carla said the firm will pay for that because was their mistake then she said it wasn't true, lying again). It is a waste of time and money. Last but not least at the beginning of the case Carla let my case hanging around because of her maternity leave, that was their excuse. If you're a good lawyer you must know that time and deadlines are pretty important to manage a case. I'M SO DISSAPOINTED.
