My husband and I chose to do a little staycation and went to the Logan location for a night away. We stayed in the Fire and Ice room. It isnt the most decorated room that is offered but it was the most fun room that was available. When we checked in, the check in process went fairly quick. We got into our room and I always check for cleanliness. This time, I found broken glass all over the floor. The glass I found that was in our walking path I cleaned picked it up and threw it away. There was much more that but I didnt want to spend my entire stay cleaning up glass. The jetted tub was also a disappointment. When we turned on the jets, there was VERY STRONG smell of sulfur. It was horrible! Upon a google search on why it would smell that way - it said it was from bacteria. So obviously, it hadnt been deeply cleaned in a long time. The ick factor of that alone makes me not want to return to the Logan location any time soon. We also ordered an extra entree for breakfast. It was clearly marked on our order form and we didnt receive the extra entrees at all. On top of that we marked an 8am delivery time for our breakfast. It didnt show up at our room until nearly 8:30am. The times my hubby and I have stayed at Anniversary Inn, weve always stayed in one of the Salt Lake locations. They have always been clean and well taken care of. I was hoping for the same in Logan. However, that was not the case. Logan was quite a disappointment. It makes me sad because my due to my husbands job, we dont get the opportunity to get away often at all.

We've stayed at several Anniversary Inn rooms & locations over the years & have always had a good experience. What we have liked in the past is all the little details that make it feel special: cookies as you check in, sparkling cider in the room, cheesecake in the mini fridges, stuff like that. This time we stayed in the Fire & Ice room in Logan & all the little details were missing: no cookies, no cider, no cheesecake. Our tub had a dirty cleaning rag in it (shown in the picture after it was removed ). That didn't make using the tub feel very inviting. The icicles and bumpy plaster ceiling were a little weird. The fireplace was cute & also the penguins & painted polar bear. This stay just missed the mark a bit for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Fire And Ice room had a ton of mirrors, making the cozy room feel bigger. After our visit, we took a tour of the other theme rooms, and you really can't go wrong with any of them. The emerald level rooms are small, but not claustrophobic. The diamond level rooms are very spacious.
