Great attention to detail. Shanell was the listing agent on the property that we purchased in Fredonia Az. She did an excellent job representing us and the sellers of the property, keeping the communication lines open between us and the sellers and responding quickly to all the developments to make our deal happen on a timely basis. She even kept the deal rolling along smoothly while she was on vacation and there were several matters to be dealt with. Shanell takes her job seriously and is very professional.
