We had a house fire and David with Service Master was the general contractor. Its always hard to go something like this but it was a bit extreme as supplies were hard to get and contractors were limited after the pandemic. They kept me informed in a timely manner and answered my numerous questions with grace. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services!

These guys are great. They are timely, professional, and kept me in the loop the entire time. Would definitely recommend.

They get a 5 for speed on initial clean up water and dry out.They get a 2 for taking 2 months to restore. The crew that they used to do the restoration had other jobs and fit us when they could. Some weeks went by without them showing. A few times they said they would be back sametime tomorrow , but did not show. Had to have them come back to repaint part of the ceiling. A 2 for clean up. Had to have them come back because they left a thick cover of dust. The owners responded every time and took care of the issues. The final restoration I give them a 5. All the crews were friendly and polite. I would recommend them, as long as you are involved.

Extremely pleased with my experience with ServiceMaster. He came out and gave me recommendations for my mold situation and answered all my questions. Very pleasant and honest. He made my stressful situation manageable and Im so grateful. I highly recommend them.
