They did not have what the product I was looking for, but Andrea was super helpful. She called around to multiple locations helping me find it. She was a great help and a very delightful. Good job TSC

*update* I have, over the last couple of months, continued to attempt to give the Taylor TSC my business. I have attempted to get propane MANY more times, and 100% of the time I've been told nobody certified to turn a valve is available to dispense propane. Another trip to the new location in Georgetown it is.....pathetic. If you like TSC please don't go to the one in Tayor TX, it will most likely ruin your perception of the company. I've been to many of their locations and appreciate what they normally offer, unfortunately the one in my home town is sub-par to put it kindly. If you need propane, there is about an 11% chance they have both propane and someone qualified to open a valve. They really need to get their act together. Also, I noticed you make no attempt to improve your service. I'll probably get a response saying to call a phone number and tell someone else who won't do anything. Same lame response you give everyone who points out your poor level of service.

It would be very nice if they would open on time! We all have busy schedules and expect businesses to open at 8 o'clock if it is scheduled to open at 8 o'clock. A customer does not appreciate having to call the store after 8 AM and ask if they are opening. What's even worse is when a employee "R" answers the phone and is sarcastic oh we will open in a few MORE minutes. The Hutto store opens on time and is extra friendly!!
