Complete Flood Restoration

Really had a bad situation, had my sewer back up through half of my house. This company was fast to respond and very detailed oriented, made sure very step was taken to sure my house was properly sanitized and dried out, even after the adjuster was saying that it really wasn't a BIG DEAL and we didn't to take all these steps. Alex met the adjuster and showed him with thermal imaging camera the extent of the damage and educated him on the health risk and liability if he didn't allow the proper steps to be taken. I am so grateful I had him on my side.

Plastic pipe connection in the wall for the refrigerator water line cracked so we had a steady geyser of water flowing in the kitchen, kitchen pantry, and master bedroom closet (shares a wall with the kitchen). Found Complete Flood Restoration via Google search and called early in the morning the next day (after the plumber repaired the leak) and spoke to Eric the owner who said he and another employee could be at our house in less than 1 hour. Eric was so sympathetic to our plight (plumber and carpet restoration cost was less than our insurance deductible so we were paying for everything), that he included 2 additional blowers at no cost (after we agreed to pay for 2 blowers and a dehumidifier to be used in the master bedroom closet, carpeting/padding, and dry wall) for the dry wall behind the refrigerator and pantry dry wall. Eric also allowed all of the equipment to remain on our property for 2 additional days (e.g., over the weekend) for free. Thanks for going above and beyond to make sure our house was safe and dry.

Thank you Eric. You came and saved our place from the mess that occurred when the broken pipe leaked into our living room. Thank you for all that you did. We will use you for any future water damage, and refer you to any of our friends or clients.

Normally dont leave reviews but really am impressed about the help I received from Raul. Very knowledgeable about the repair process and dealing with the insurance adjusters. He helped get alot repairs covered that they originally said they weren't going to cover. Thanks for getting my house back together again.

RePost: After my initial post, Lisa immediately reached out to me. She assured me that the company would do whatever they could to make me a satisfied customer. Lisa and Gilbert worked directly and closely with me until all services were completed to my approval. I am immensely appreciative of their customer relations and willingness to fix the previous issues. I believe one contributing problem for me was that I was not home most of the time services were being done. As long as the customer is assertive and on top of the rebuilding services, I whole heartedly recommend Complete Flood Restoration. Thank you Lisa and Gilbert! Initial Post: There have been very positive experiences and very negative experiences so far. Sammy and his crew that performed the water mitigation were outstanding. I had no issues with them and Sammy earned my confidence. Then the rebuild dept: Usually very nice and polite. However, I have had a number of extremely disappointing experiences. The painting job is just plain unprofessional. The guys were polite and nice but it was obvious they didnt know what they were doing. Also, moved my dryer, broke the vent and shoved it back.maybe they didnt realize they broke it? Floor installer was terrific! Raul is a nice, hardworking man. But I have had problems. Ex. He called me one morning, I answered but couldnt talk. I told him Id call him later. I did. We discussed paint & flooring. The next day he called me and the 1st thing he said was, You didnt call me back! I called you yesterday and you couldnt talk and said youd call me, you never called me! I was stunned. I have the phone bill to prove me correct. He sent someone to my house to work but didnt schedule it with me. I wasnt home and he became agitated. We will see how it all works out.
