Absolutely unacceptable experience. We picked up our dog from getting a full groom, only to be met with chunks of hair still attached to him. This was the first time that this has happened since taking him to Lucys. As soon as we got in the car and he shook off, hair flew EVERYWHERE inside the car attaching to our black seats. He is a breed that does not shed. I was there 15 minutes earlier to pick up and watched as he was finishing up. He was not brushed out at the end. I called to address this issue and the person who answered said it is not part of the package for them to brush off any hairs, and that it is not their responsibility. I am in shock by how incompetent this whole situation was addressed and the fact that they think it is okay to end the grooming with chunks of hair still attached to the dog? I have never had an experience similar to this, including groomers who charge way less. Finishing off the grooming appointment with a blow out/brush out should be an essential part, and not something that I should ask for separately. I surely will not be using their services from this day forward, I was only met with rude customer service and condescending demeanor.

The staff is very nice and quickly knew just how to help my nervous baby girl feel more comfortable for her spa day.
