    Grant is an overall great functional fitness coach - he does an amazing job coaching CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and running - hes helped me get stronger, faster, and run my first half marathon. He also coached me while I was pregnant and helped me rebuild core strength and recover from sciatic pain postpartum. Before working out with Grant I did barre classes, which are a great workout but hes helped me get to the next level in terms of overall strength and fitness. The CrossFit gym he coaches at, One Plus Fitness is great, with friendly members and a clean, comfortable, well-equipped space, I highly recommend Grant and Operation Functional Fitness!

    Grant has been my personal trainer for the past 18 months. He individually tailors my workouts to meet my fitness goals. Specifically we have been working on training for the ACFT. He finds ways to motivate me and encourage me in ways other coaches in the past havent been able to. He also accommodates my wacky schedule which has been on barrier to consistently working out in the past.

    I have worked with coach Grant for a little over a a year now. I started to go to group workouts January of last year, I have never been to a cross fit class before in my life and my endurance to exercise was low. When I faced difficulties with performance, he always payed attention and scaled the workout down to my capabilities. He always made sure that I am holding an appropriate and safe posture for the workout I am doingg. I liked how attentive Grant is to everyones needs in the group and I decided to work with him one on one. Grant showed motivation, always came in prepared with new exercises and he quickly realized that I get bored quickly, so he kept trying to make working out fun for me. He always observed my personal training needs and tailored workouts to my capabilities making them adequately challenging. Professionally speaking, he is respectful, sensitive to ones needs, kind, and he is there to work out and have fun. I highly recommend Grant to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer. I rarely put any reviews out there, but I am impressed with my coach and I wanted to let yall know.
