My Kid's Dentist and Orthodontics

My kids have been going here for 5 years now. The staff is always friendly, patient, and kind. Went to are standard 6 month cleaning, and they canceled both my kids' appointments without notification. I'm very disappointed that they dropped the ball. I was even receiving appointments reminders, so someone wasn't doing their job. Now we are on a "wait list" that I don't even trust we were put on because the admin wrote names on a sticky note and set it aside as we were leaving. She was more concerned with trying to prove she was right instead of helping with putting us on a wait list.

The orthodontist was very friendly and explained our options in detail. This is the first time we have done a consultation with Ortho. I have 2 kids that need braces. We have loved all services provided at this dental office. Ortho is now another positive box checked off.
