Took 8 hrs for diagnostic then charged me 185$ for the diagnostic which i wasnt informed on until they had already did the diagnostic so i basically paid 600$ for that and too clean my CC. wont be coming back here

We gave our vehicle for repair after it was stolen. It was in really bad shape and we were very upset. But the team at goose autorepair were very nice and understanding. Made the whole process seamless, they have an awesome website were all the technician concerns are automatically updated and we can post our client concerns as well. They always answered their phone, especially - Savannah was very helpful and answered all our questions every time. They were flexible and kept us updated at all times.

They placed van on lift and pushed floor board upward which in turn pushed plastic running boards upward, I thought they had only damaged the driver side until just last week I noticed they did it to the passenger side as well. I will not go back to this place unless its something to do with the warranty on the work they performed . Bad mistake. I thought they had improved but apparently not. Friend of mine Navy Veteran took his sporttrac to this shop because I referred him to it. $3000.00 later, brought it back twice and every time its leaving it there and getting someone to pick him up and then take him back to pick it up. I will blast this place on Facebook n and yelp to stay away. Their quality has gone down. This is veteran and he should not be going through this. Shame on you goose automotive. Today 04/05/24 Im adding something else. My brother in Christ who is a veteran told me two days ago that hes AC went out again ( 3rd time) in as many as two months. He is going back Tuesday, I referred him to this place because THEY WERE GOOD but now Im not sure and to top it off I feel bad for this man. He takes it back and put him on the first come first serve list again. They dont even provide a courtesy shuttle to take him home and/or pick him up. Time consuming n expensive, His truck should be worked on right away since its a re-do. Very very disappointed Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change
