Topaz Cleaning and Restoration

I have used Topaz for years and have always been pleased with their services, especially in removing pet stains. This last time we had two small stains which were not identifiable, and Theo was very effective in getting rid of them. I was very impressed with his courtesy and his professionalism. I had to call him back out because of a stain which appeared from the dampness of the underpad after the first cleaning, and Theo came back promptly and got rid of that stain also. They receptionist was kind, courtesy, happy, and patient. Did great scheduling. I originally had two jobs scheduled at two different places and they accommodated me very well. They stuck to the price they quoted me. Did a wonderful job. The cleaner was kind, respectful, hardworking and made sure he did his best job. Very clean and respectful of property. We were moving in and he worked around our mess and did not damage anything. Took his time to do a very good job and was patient. He cleaned up everything no mess left. Topaz did an excellent job cleaning my carpets over the holidays. Theo showed up on time and was extremely professional.
