        an extended business stay of 5 weeks was the definition of productive, enjoyable and relaxing due to the exceptional staff. the property is in excellent condition due to the groundskeeping and cleaning crews attention to detail. renea and her hospitality team go above and beyond to make sure your stay is up to expectations, and the rates are incredibly competitive for the richardson area. i will certainly be back!

        Rooms and Service are good, only one issue which i faced was with Washing machine and it was creating trouble multiple times. But Service was fast enough.

        The hotel part might be decent and thats what you tour. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE. The elevators are broken for weeks at a time, I dont know how they expect disabled people to live there or even how thats legal. The smoke detectors will go off full-blast for 12-24hrs and they say theyll get to it when they get to it and then maintenance will just barge in a day later without warning. The internet is unusable on a GOOD day but it is out most days. The other residents are questionable. Parking is absurd. The management sucks up until your name is on the dotted line then they treat you like an inconvenience.
