I would just like say this has been a very positive experience. I spoke to this company today. I got the info I needed to process my case. I was told there was a 1pm deadline today. I wasn't able to meet that deadline at the time suggested. I called back to inform them of the time I could. Can't remember the person I spoke with. This person did my intake based on my promise to pay. With that being said. I got the funds sent to the wrong #. At this time while on the line with Ms. Taria. I called my bank cancelled my payment. All the while Ms. Taria, having to get her child from child care. Still helping me to resolve the issue. I was super stressed. It was taking forever " in my mind" for the funds to clear in my account after I had the bank to cancel the payment.( To the wrong #)! Ms. Taria, was ever so patient, helpful as well as polite the entire time. She emailed me an after hours site/ number to complete me payment. As soon as we hung up. The funds became available to send to correct #. I was able to send the money as well as speak direct to Mr. Anthony Welch, who was also very kind. He assured me things would be taken cared of. Not to worry! They literally went out of their way to accommodate me through my mistakes. I can honestly say. Most people are so bottom line, rude or just plain uncaring. Ms. Taria, as well as other staff members were so kind and professional it blew my mind. Not to be so blunt. This is a black owned company. Thank you all. You guys rock! I will definitely recommend your company to any and everybody.
