Milkify (Breast Milk Freeze-Drying Service)

Very happy with the freeze drying process and service! I've ordered twice now. The website says the usual range for the medium box is 100-140 oz but I was able to comfortably fit 168 oz and 172 oz in each medium box! Customer service communication with Pedro has been helpful and prompt. He worked with me to have my notoriously stingy FSA reimburse me for my orders by providing an itemized receipt and document with diagnosis code. There can be a 4-5 week wait after shipping my order to them for processing but they're fantastic about accommodating my schedule when I needed an order done quicker. They send emails along the way on your order progress but it would be nice if the online order tracker was updated more than once a week (not a dealbreaker by any means!). Definitely recommend the service especially if you can get FSA reimbursement!

There was a fluke shipping situation that happened with my first package and I, of course, panicked thinking my milk would be ruined. Pedro was amazing and contacted me immediately to address my concerns and kept me updated throughout the process of receiving and checking in my milk. It's such a relief to know just how much Milkify cares about and values this service/product and their customers. I was so impressed that I immediately placed a second order! I will say, I havent made the milk yet but it provides me with so much relief that my milk stash wont go bad in my freezer and that by utilizing this service, I prevented the further degradation of my milk. Im in constant fear of my freezer randomly malfunctioning and losing my stash and now I can alleviate that fear by having some preserved as a powder! Cant wait to bring this with us on future plane trips and avoid the hassle of coolers and ice packs!

Extremely quick and efficient process - was able to process my breastmilk to donate to a loved one who lost her home and personal breastmilk stash in a house fire. Milkify has given me an incredibly unique opportunity to donate my breastmilk safely, quickly and conveniently for my family!
