3/23/24 Just had a horrible experience with an employee named Stephanie. She was extremely rude to my wife and was all but accusing my wife of price swapping. We verified the prices with a manager who said she had just marked the items down and that we were in the right and that Stephanie was absolutely in the wrong to accuse my wife. ****************** (A year ago) My wife loves this store but they need a major remodel for this location in Frisco, TX. Super old store.

I visited this store not long after it opened & was shocked at how messy and dirty it was! Obviously they don't have anyone to sweep the floor, pick up trash & organize the fabric. Manager....where are you?!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The store is big and has great potential. But u can tell management doesn't care about how tidy things are. There was literally a mountains of fabir all over the place. They need new managment.Your better off going to another store.

Worst retail store I have been in for at least 10 years. I have been in better 3rd world country retail stores. Whoever the store manager is they obviously don't care about the store. There is stuff thrown and misplaced everywhere. The shelving is falling apart. It looks like the store was ransacked. The lack of staff could be a problem, as nobody was around to help. I predict this store won't be around for much longer, it already looks like it is closing. Companies like this have to get a clue or they will be gone. Two stores in this same strip are gone and were big companies. I bet this will be the next one to close in this strip. After looking at the recent reviews, everyone has the same review. Not one good recent review.
