        This location sucks. Their posted hours are more of a suggestion. They are always out of something. If you want subway go to the one by the mall, they've never disappointed me.

        If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!!!!! Saturday afternoon we put in an order, for us to pick up on the way home from soccer practice. Once we went into the store. The man working stated he never got our order. We asked if we could get a refund and was told no. That we had to call our credit card company and get it taken off. I know this was false! But I called and was told that we cannot cancel the payment that was taken out, the company Subway would need to cancel it. Once we stated that the worker didnt want to believe us and when he said he could not cancel the order because he never got the order. To give it 24hours and we would be reimbursed. Which we were not reimbursed. I called the number the worker gave to us and its the same number which is a cell phone number online and nothing. I called again on Monday morning and had to leave a voicemail. It is funny how we showed the worker the order from the online app and showed the money came out of the account and he still didnt try to help the situation. He did state he was the manager but I find it hard to believe he was the manager. You need an IT company to fix your orders for online! Or out this company is not taking online orders. Your worker/manager stated he didnt even have the items to make the sandwich, so did you get the order and didnt want to fill it. I dont know but I need to have my funds reimbursed, because we never got our order!

        They cancelled my order that I placed 2 hours before pickup, 2 minutes before I was supposed to come get it and didnt answer when I called. Edit: 3/15/22 sign is on, store is open, door is locked, guy makes eye contact with me but doesnt unlock the door. Waste of a lunch break. I understand if something was going on but turn the sign off. Thats what youre supposed to do.
