Bryan was very accessible for questions and Liz Rodriguez was great about ensuring we were up to speed on our documents. They even accommodated our last minute insurance provider and policy change right before closing. Bryan was personable, relatable and extremely professional...he clearly knows and understand his industry well! I also appreciate Merit Mortgage not attached a lot of "junk" fees that many other lenders tack on to make the loan more expensive. Thank you Bryan & Merit Mortgage! From start to finish, Mike made the lending process simple for us. Being first time home owners, we would have been so overwhelmed without him there to walk us through step by step. Anytime we had questions, whether it be related to the lending process, the lending documents (and all the different appendices and amendments), or just general home buying questions, he made himself available for a call or responded to our emails within minutes. Due to COVID, we were required to sign all the closing documents in our car outside the title company (without a title agent there to help answer any questions). We mentioned this to Mike and he made a point to be available for any questions while we went through the closing documents. We gladly took him up on that, and looking back, we would have been so overwhelmed with all the documents had he not been available to explain everything to us. I am also confident Mike got us the best rate possible - people are shocked when they find out our interest rate. Thank you again for everything, Mike.
