SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Worth University

Parking sucks. No carts available, so we had to carry our stuff from the relatively far parking area. We didn't get the suite we reserved, and no explanation was given. No one even told us until we were in the room and discovered it wasn't what we paid for. The whole experience was not what I've come to expect from Marriott, especially as an Elite member. Disappointing all the way around.

Great location if you are attending Dickies Arena for an event. Hotel rooms are very clean. Stayed in a 2 queen suite with nice seating area with very comfortable trundle couch. Complementary breakfast in the morning has decent spread, and good coffee. Morning desk crew was very friendly and the ladies that run the breakfast are very attentive and friendly.

The hotel itself was nice. But not providing complimentary water for the guests is a very bad practice and they charge 4 or 5 USD for a bottle at the front desk.
