        Literally can never come here without being told to pull forward into a parking spot. More often than not the order is also missing something or just completely wrong items. Staff is friendly though. Just annoying I can never just get my food at the window.

        I was told I couldn't have my son's 1st birthday.but I used two tables for it. I decorated it . They said because her customers had a problem with it. I said what's the problem if I'm spending over $100 on food here. Iv called multiple times no pick up to plan his party. I went up and gave my info so the manager could call three weeks before the event. I never got a call back. This by far was the worst experience I had.Wish I could get my money back for this rude unprofessional experience.Lastbyear , I went to the McDonald's on 407 in Lewisville by the lake for my daughter's party. They were wonderful. That was very accommodating. So we will only be using the McDonald's in Lewisville by lake for now on. Sad I have to drive to another city to celebrate an event.

        The worst customer service. Never going back to this location. Wednesday evening around 7:45pm drive thru place my orders, they took the money and at the window they asked parked on #1 I was till 8pm waiting for my food. I had to go back to the window and they had forgotten about my order. The lady on the yellow beanie and colorful dirty mask forgot about it. I had to go back and ask for the food I had already paid for and they all looked lost I had to repeat my order 4 times for them to get it correctly. The worst ever! They all looked like they on their own things, using their phones but not working as they were supposed to! People need a lot more training at that location or hired people who really wants to work. Horrible!

        Do not order DoorDash from here unless you want you order to be sent to you incorrectly. I was missing 2x sausage & egg McMuffin I wanted a sausage egg and cheese bagel. They only got one Thing right was the crispy chicken McMuffin.
