Went on a Saturday 4/6 to pickup a serpentine belt which was looking a bit worn. Associate was able to look up, but could not find, so needed help from another. No issue. Waited 5 minutes, paid and was out the door. Installed easily and all good. Next day, went for a drive and noticed power steering went out. Got home and saw the belt was spaghetti-fied. Imaging this happening in the freeway around a curved high bridge. I stop by today to get a replacement as i was told multiple times of a warranty. THEN, the indifferent associate. A short and paunchy fellow wearing all dark clothes and SUNGLASSES inside tells me, no, its not part of the warranty, its your pulley. I say, So one line from you without considering anything else and thats that? How can you tell if it IS INCLUDED in the warranty? He just repeats himself in a loop before condescendingly saying, thats what I am trying to get you to understand. He didnt even bother to check it it was the right size or ask any questions, just immediately trying to tell me how it is. I walk off, drop the belt on the ground and leave. He walks out, gives me a face with some threatening hand motions, tosses it into the trash and walks back in. For auto parts, i say HARD PASS. Stopped at an OReilys up the road, got a belt from real professionals, installed it in 10 minutes and all good. Go elsewhere. There are others part stores not too far off. No wonder the parking lot is empty.

I will never recommend this location to anyone. This guy name KD was very unprofessional and rude. Acts like he knows it all and wouldn't let me speak. I was just trying to see if a battery was still under warranty and he basically told me to take it back to the store i purchased the battery from. I told him that I purchased the item in Louisiana. So he told me to call that store and get all type of information about the battery. I'SNT THAT YOUR JOB? He said if he do it, he'll get back to me whenever. Very unprofessional

Honestly this used to be the Premier store. Now it's full of rude employees who absolutely don't know anything, can't even work their own systems. Glad I knew EXACTLY what I needed because the night guys couldn't even look up their own name on their shirt if they tried.
