Spicewood Crossing Apartments

Great place to live, I lived there for 2 years and anytime something went wrong. Maintenance came and got it repaired very quickly. Great staff, really friendly and helpful group of people that cares about the community. Haven't had any major problems in my stay. It's convenient and quiet, so if you are looking this is a nice place to check out.

My experience with spicewood crossing was a little different they are racist. The mangement is terrible i was harassed by the maintenance guy elder on multiple occasions Him and the manager or in a relationship so he feel his is the manger as well in the beginning Besty was stealing check and blame adrianna so she got fired the complex has one pool that only goes to 3 ft and no park for the kids I highly dont recommend im 22 years old REGISTERED NURSE this was my first apartment and i read by the book. Whats in contact they dont go by they had all these rule when i moved out that wasnt in my contract but he said is policy there very unprofessional and over priced. With roaches

Beware, this company pays their employees to leave good reviews, management is clueless if not downright incompetent, walls are paper thin and rents are out of line with what you get which is a constant fight for parking, paper thin walls, lackluster management rude treatment from office staff, and a parent company that will bleed you dry, case in point is that ridiculous pet DNA policy they had.

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! We looked at an apartment and were given a pamphlet with all the info on said apt. On it Betsy (a leasing agent) wrote that the deposit was $250 and if required depending on credit etc an additional $250 may be required. 2 weeks later we received an email stating we had to pay $425 plus $250 plus $375 plus first months rent and etc. None of this was written on the phamplet. In fact they told us it doesnt matter what she wrote they go by what the manager says. So BEWARE these apartments will take your $100 for apps then change what they wrote down on the info!! They even emailed us stating something different! We make 5 times the rent so we found this just absurd! And not to mention we were doing them a favor by taking an apartment that someone was needing to break their lease! SPICEWOOD IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST.
