We used Hale Storm after the incredible hail storm we had this fall. New roof, gutters, windows. We watched a dozen or more roofers in our neighborhood. We made the best choice. Paul did a great job. Enjoyable to work with and great followed up. Just had him by to look at another issue and again he was very helpful. Highly recommend.

I worked as a salesman in training here for a few months before I left for college, and I can tell you that from inside experience this is a company truly committed to integrity. I shadowed the owner, Paul, in a lot of appointments and never once did I see him try to dupe a homeowner or try to exaggerate something that wasn't a big deal to squeeze a few more bucks out of someone. In fact, I can think of plenty of times that he honestly told a homeowner that something wasn't worth replacing or that an upgrade simply wasn't worth the added cost. I would highly recommend Hale Storm Restoration to anyone looking to replace their roof simply because it's a company genuinely interested in being helpful and not just trying to get as much out of your wallet as they can.
