We just had our shingles replaced by Roofs Only after hail damage. Jake helped usget the best reimbursement from our insurance. His team finished the work and cleaned up all the debris in one day. We really appreciated that Jake came back to check on the work and sent documentation for a supplemental claim to our insurance company.

Jake and his team worked with us quickly and efficiently through the initial evaluation of our roof needing replacement, working with the insurance agent to ensure proper coverage and the solar contractor who had to remove and replace the solar panels and ensure they were working. The initial insurance estimate from the inspector had missed a few things which Jake handled directly to ensure the insurance covered those adjustments. Jake is very prompt in his communications and follow through. Also they quickly sourced and installed the Malarkey roof tiles which I requested on learning how durable and sustainable they were, which were harder to locate since they are not as common in this area.
