Stay away! After changing our appraisal date of our upcoming property, we were close the deal. They disrespected both the Appraisal Management Company and USAA, never mind the client. When we eventually made contact with them and paid for a rush: they still lets us down. When the agent arrived on site, to open up the house, they tested her with complete disrespect. They changed the appraisal date 3 times and then were rude when we offered more money, but accepted it. As cash buyers, next time, we would never ever use these guys. Run as far as you can!

Appraiser came through, said maybe 5 sentences to me, didn't ask me a single thing, told me that it all looked good. On the appraisal that came out, he made a note that I was putting hardwood in my hallway, which was inaccurate, and promptly cost me both the $375 appraisal fee (which cannot be moved around) and $60,000 over the life of my lease as the underwriter has refused to cover me. Thanks guys.
