For the price I paid, I expected more. Rooms are small. The location was great and very easy to walk to anything in the area. Staff was nice.

I have stayed here 4 times, and the first 3 times were good. Now it's terrible. My room located on the far side of the building has very, very weak internet. When I asked the front desk about it, they asked to restart my computer as if I didn't know how to use the internet. I asked to be moved, because traveling from work, internet connection is essential. And they just "apologize" and suggested that I restart my computer. Don't stay here if you need reliable internet.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff members were incredibly kind and attentive, especially in recognizing Bonvoy Platinum members, which made me feel particularly valued. The location of the hotel is exceptional, offering the convenience of having everything within walking distance. I felt safe, and parking was a breeze, adding to the stress-free experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. There was, however, one area that could use improvementthe water pressure in the toilet on the top floor. It required multiple flushes and some patience, which was a slight inconvenience. Despite this, my overall impression remains highly positive. This is a great hotel that I would recommend to others!

Staff was great, room was great, especially for the price on a SXSW weekend (didnt realize it was this weekend but still was nice). Location is a little tough to get to when there are a lot of people around on the streets.
