Dollar Tree

Oh my gosh. The most shocking experience Ive ever had Witnessing and experiencing employees verbally insult their customers In front of other customers, and employees. It was so uncomfortable And humiliating for the woman who was called, broke several times by the man at the checkout line were not being able to afford the item she brought up to the counter. When I politely said to him that I thought that was not nice, He reiterated his point that she was too, broke to buy what she wanted to buy so It was clear that he had no Regrets or reservations about how he treats customers. Him and a girl who also works there were Going out of their way to make people feel unwelcome because they wanted to go home. I can understand that, but, Im sure Dollar tree doesnt want their employees acting like that. Youre open until 10. Yes, its annoying if people check out close to 10. And If the last customers Transaction goes THREE, Yes, only three minutes over closing time, Because they have been Rude and Completely out of line Speaking to customers in a way that I was Not going to get heated about but.. Would make anyone uncomfortable and upset. So I felt the need to let them know how my experience was in a non-confrontational way, however, These specific employees were not there to Help customers have a pleasant shopping experience, They seem to be missing the point of what their jobs are

Store is a wreck. Merchandise is everywhere. Only one clerk checking out 20+ people in line. Was not a great shopping experience
