Lol what? Well communicate that then. Why are you so mad? Find a different career path that doesnt involve communicating. Im just a customer requesting that you process my order so I can get my electronic receipt? Also you shouldnt be teaching the sales associates that its okay to give pick up orders away without checking IDs. Terrible manager.
