I just want to say I stay in the area And my brother is coming from Florida Looking for a place to stay in Austin so pretty much I'm apartment shopping I've passed up many and stopped by plenty I seen this complex The name caught my eye I decided to check it out The parking is great Front area clean and yes I drove around and was pleased to see over all clean parking lot dumpsters walk ways I like that there is personal on site The office personnel made me feel at ease Ithat I actually talked too instead of an recording I noticed how nice the staff was Explaining all my questions I met the staff personal all of them Were A-1 I like that they have amenities outside of the apartment Nice units Lots of walking soace Benches and tables In sitting areas Barbque pit ooh yeah real nice I like how these apartments looked a lot No trash build up The area Smelled nice Clean areas Well kept Most definitely a contender in the future residency

I GIVE IT A 5 STARS BECAUSE AS OF DECEMBER 2023 THEY HIRED A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER AND SHE IS DOING AN AWESOME JOB SO GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH ANY ISSUES OR CONCERNS AND EVEN AFTER HOURS
