Parkside Resort - Accommodations by Parkside

We stayed at the Deer Haven Cabin. The views are absolutely breathtaking and I dont want to leave! Im sure all the cabins are different but I will list the pros and cons. Pros: the view, washer and dryer access, lots of beds and a good price to split between a large group. We paid around 3500 for 4 nights. There was an awesome game room with a theatre. Awesome balconies with a view from each room with private bathrooms in each. If you ride a motorcycle, it is motorcycle friendly. There is flat parking and no gravel. The riding up and down the mountain is definitely not for novice riders. The cons: the pillows were terrible. I usually travel and bring my own, and this was a bad first time to forget. Literally like flattened toilet paper rolls. For mothers, there are only showers so make sure your child is happy taking a shower. They do state this but make sure you bring extra toilet paper and toiletries. Be sure to have some laundry detergent if you plan to wash clothes or towels. They did have maintenance available and we did need to make a call to them to unclog and already clogged drain and fix tvs that were not working when we arrived. It would have been nice to have a dimmer lighting option on the porch as when on, the bugs were in full attack mode. Overall the place is beautiful, And still 5 stars, just things I wish I would have known prior to coming.

Loved staying here. The cabin had GE Cafe series gas stove! I loved it! The kitchen in A Bear-rific view is stocked well and we cooked a couple of nights staying there! Ate outside on the deck both nights! The theater room was nice as well as the game room. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Parkside Resorts for a magical vacation in Pigeon Forge!
