        We recently had some old windows replaced by Window Works and we also had them install new gutters. This company is built on superior customer service. Our overall experience could not have been better. From sales to scheduling to installation, they did an outstanding job! We highly recommend Window Works.

        Great customer service! The sales process was very low pressure, Chris did more educating than selling. Installation was very smooth, very little disruption and they cleaned everything up so it was a great experience. Love my new windows, the house looks so much better and they are 200% better than the old single pane windows that came with the house. Highly recommend Window Works!!!

        We are retired contractors and were leery about replacing our damaged windows. Losing the glass area with thick framing around the windows was an issue for us and friends who had windows replaced. Window Works measured our windows from brick to brick and customized them to our satisfaction, at a fraction of the cost from other companies. We are extremely happy with the finished project.

        After meeting with many companies on projects - not just windows - window works has been THE BEST. Ive already recommended to a friend. Polite, professional, clear communication. No patronizing tone or needless upselling (happens a lot with contractors once they learn Im the home owner, not my father or husband). Respectful of time; home visit took maybe 15 minutes (versus another company taking 90 with a long winded sales pitch). Took a bit for windows to come in, which they told me would happen from the get-go. Once my windows came in they had me scheduled the next day (my project just needed a day so likely easy to fit in). Installation crew again was polite, professional and efficient. The install crew is from window works, they dont contract out, which was a BIG thing for me. These people care about quality and reputation. If youre looking for windows, save yourself a headache and just start with this group. Very impressed!
