Ridgeside Apartments

I absolutely loved being able to stay at the Ridgeside apartments when I moved to Tennessee, Kevin helped me out while I was still in California, Jabo (I may have misspelled his name) was always so pleasant to be around when repairs were needed, and Linda was so helpful throughout our entire stay and made our moving out process (what couldve been a hassle) into an easy transition. Thank you so much Ridgeside!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This apartment complex is overpriced & even the employees are running far away! They have a resident here who is 92 years old & they are evicting him instead of trying to help him get his rent paid. Instead of helping, they won't even allow him to visit or stay with a loved one that also lives here. Apartments are over priced, corporate under managed & bug infested. Did I mention all the noise because the Apartments are poorly insulated! Do not rent from this management property. All of these big corporations are over pricing these slums & treat you like a dollar sign instead of a person.

It's an ok place. You can definitely hear your neighbors on all sides of you. I was on the top floor thankfully, but I could hear my downstairs neighbor playing music at all hours of the night. I could also smell when my neighbors were cooking dinner and when they burnt their dinner. My balcony overlooked the dumpster so I was never out there because it smelled like hot garbage all the time. I saw someone get arrested here, the ambulance came here several times, and occasionally there was the drunk girl in the parking lot yelling obscenities. It didn't happen all the time but it did happen. Also they had roofers come and work on the building and they threw their roofing trash, soda cans, rusty nails all over our balconies. I complained to the office and they said, yeah, they're doing roofing work, what did you expect? I ended up having to clean up my own balcony.
