Southpoint at Stones River Apartments

Just moved in Zuwhan has been a great help and very kind to answer all my inquiries. Had an issue with the maintenance staff, but Amby took care of it very quickly. Nice apartment, very spacious. Nice balcony. Having to add to my review. They took away our ability to bring in a cashiers check to the office, and charge a $50 convenience fee to use our debit card. Im not a fan of doing electronic checks.

Im giving it three stars for the few people who have made living here a little better, Thalia and Zuhan and the other people in the complex who are so kind. The view from our new apartment is great! The renovated unit we got moved into after battling for justice for a month is fantastic ! However, living here is also a constant battle. Constant maintenance change and no regard for residents with maintenance issues bc why did our entire ceiling fall in and we are getting charged for the damage ??? Even thought it wasnt our fault yall didnt install our neighbors who were above us washer and dryer and knew it wasnt connected properly and our ceiling got water logged creating mold and giving my boyfriend a respiratory infection that was never able to heal properly bc of the mold and then got bronchitis ? They moved us into a new unit after we had to fight for for a month and the insurance they recommended that we filed a claim with for our damaged belongings still hadnt gotten to us because they changed management for the 5th time and got rid of all previous work orders and records? Crazy!!!!! Now in a new renovated unit dont get me wrong im very thankful for the new unit but now we have no hot water and our ac is stuck at 70 and cannot be changed even thought we called maintenance two weeks ago and they said theyd come this past monday but they never did. I am so tired having to fight for basic needs, compassion, and living conditions we just want to take a dang shower yall Giving yall photos of water damage that was left for about two weeks not including the hole in the ceiling

After only living here for 4-5 months no maintenance requests ever got resolved. Not a safe neighborhood. Also they sent my last months payment to collections because they close your activebuilding account at move out with no way to make your payment. I reached out on how to make the payment if they closed my account and I moved states, but no one replies ever. Do not move here, avoid at all costs.

I came in one afternoon without an appointment and Joanna immediately helped me find a place within my budget, we toured two apts and I instantly fell in love with the remodeled one bedroom, I applied that same day and got approved! Such a quick and easy process. Joanna is super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I moved in that same week. The office is also quick to resolve any pests/ maintenance issues.
