        Very friendly staff. My family has visited every year for over 30 years. The rooms are dated, but clean and reasonably priced. The location is very convenient and walkable through Downtown Gatlinburg. One thing I would love to see added are Level 2 EV Charging stations. Gatlinburg only has two (Bennetts) and its very inconvenient for a place with so many annual visitors.

        I highly recommend this family owned hotel. The rooms are cozy and clean and the service at the front desk is wonderful. It is located in such a great location, convenient to everything.

        The Renovated Queen Room was impressive. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The staff were helpful and friendly. The Gillette is right off the main strip of Gatlinburg in a prime location.

        Love this hotel! We have stayed here the last 3 years. Walking distance to everything, the rooms are really nice and free parking. It is a family owned hotel and it shows in everything. Everyone here is so nice. Highly recommend The Gillette!!
