Garner Hotel Clarksville Northeast

First off, CS and management were nice to work with. Bluntly, the room wasn't vacuumed. Dirt in every corner, wing bone on floor, hand prints all over headboard. Bedding was clean. Pool was ice cold and the flooring around it was breaking up badly. Concrete bits all over the bottom. Again management helped, we were refunded but this was the start of a very turbulent evening of traveling with a one year old. Not the expectation you'd have for a holiday inn.

This business recanted an offer for compensation for having wrong room ready for handicapped individual. Was given a hearing accessthey offered a credit for the inconvenience, but refused after many phone calls regardingvthis issue.ible room instead.

Most noisy hotel i have ever stayed at in my life. I would have loved this hotel had i gotten more than 1 hour of sleep. I was awoken by motorcycles blaring music in the parking lot at 11:30, followed by 2 sirens at midnight, doors slammed on the 4th floor all night,laughing in the hallway it was horrible. Beds are comfy, room was clean and spacious.
