Marble Arch Lincoln Apartments

Don't live here if you're indigenous. They will treat you with disrespect. They don't acknowledge a 24 hour notice before making an appearance. They find any reason to intrude and look around your unit. They would show up at my door unannounced confronting me about my lease holding status when my name was the first name on the lease. Other indigenous people that used to live there would address concerns with residents smoking meth in the building but the landlords would completely ignore it. They don't how to treat their residents properly unless you're white.

10/10. Super cozy & great apartment complex. Good location. Only a few minute walk to USD, Prentis park, & the community pool.

They never respond you after vacating the apartment, neither email nor text, nor by phone. Its been 1.5 months and I haven't heard anything about my security deposit. Btw, we kept the apartment pretty clean before leaving. If they are not satisfied about the cleanliness, at least they should respond to your messages or emails but they didn't. I don't recommend this apartment to anyone.
