I have had nothing but issues with Joey and his team since the beginning. I decided to stay when they finally hired an agent that cared about clients - when she left, it went right back downhill again. Still waiting on my truck that I sold two months ago to be removed from the policy. I honestly cannot say it enough - stay away. They only care about making the commission check and finding the next client to make money on.

Dreadful experience. In the beginning, the agency was warm and Joey was always available. Then came the change to NWGF. Customer service tanked and trying to file a claim was impossible.

Cacie is absolutely fantastic. From the moment she greeted us we felt well taken care of. Shes personable, knowledgeable, well rehearsed, and extremely professional. She spared no expense on explaining everything to us throughly and went out of her way to make sure we knew we could reach her again whenever needed. She also left us feeling like this wasnt a sale and just someone helping us out. So grateful to have someone like her helping us. Highly recommend the company- they all have been so gracious and professional. Joey runs a great business!
