I have lived at the Cascade for 4 years and love it here! The amenities are great, I feel very safe and comfortable living here. The apartments are open and bright with a lot of natural light which I love. I had been living in a studio apartment here in the Cascade since 2020 and it was the perfect amount of space for myself. I was ready for something a little bigger though but was not ready to leave downtown. I just upgraded to a one bedroom in my same building and the transfer process was very easy and management was super helpful with the transfer process which I am very thankful for!
