They used metal brackets to join adjacent support boards on the bottom and side of every joint along the top and bottom rails for the entire fence! The stairs failed the original inspection. When the stairs were removed "in one piece" from the deck, several boards were damaged. A very long screw was cut off then sanded down leaving a sharp edge and a disfigured board. Several screw holes were damaged and the affected boards were severely sanded instead of replacing the boards. The total project was just under $30,000 and was not completed in the agreed upon 16 day time frame. No, I do not recommend this company for fence or stairs. Please refer to the attached photos. Zek and his brothers built two retaining walls in our heavily slopped backyard. The design of the walls was immaculate. Provided grading and drainage around the walls. Zach and his crew were fantastic! They did an amazing job with the sod and the retaining wall, even though it was a little more complicated with the curves, supply, and a more rocky environment than planned. Over all of you'd like a local small company with good communication and is willing to work a long side you with a project, they are the team.

They did a great Job installing my sprinklers. Worked with me on payments. Very fast and quick at what they do. Everything turned out perfect. I will recommend them any day

Zack and his team did an outstanding job. Moving to a new home/city is never easy and we were not sure who to contact. We needed a fence and the lawn and irrigation system needed work. We are so happy we contacted Spark Landscaping. Zack took much care in the design, lot lines, current plantings-he handled everything with the utmost professional care. Our fence is not only functional but beautiful-even the neighbors are happy. He and his crew were polite, professional and always gentlemen. We are now signed up for lawn maintenance and look forward to his landscaping ideas for Spring.
