Kevin was extremely flexible with scheduling and arrived promptly. Driveway was stained from a recent mulch delivery and now it looks brand new. Price was very reasonable and fair and I intend to use him for other issues in the future.

Kevin from K&M provided his cleaning service at my home- I was quite impressed with the results- he power washed the siding and the exterior windows and now my home looks brand new- I would definitely recommend K and M to service your home.

I had a home emergency requiring same-day power washing due to an accidental spill of rotten water that smelled like 7 decomposing corpses (long story), and none of the many other companies I called were able to accommodate me. I finally found K&M, and Kevin was a lifesaver. He understood the nature of my emergency and went out of his way to rearrange his schedule so he could help me the same day. He was attentive, professional, and thorough. He took care of the problem that spanned my terrace and two other neighbors' properties, including driveways. He effectively treated all the items and areas that were affected by the spill, and got rid of that terrible smell! The cost was very reasonable too, and the quality of his work resulted in peaceful neighborly relations once again, which is priceless to me. I highly recommend K&M Exterior Cleaning, and will gladly call on them again when needed; though hopefully never ever again for another spill! :))
