Harold b. Pulled into our residence safely and was very courteous. Without wasting any time he dove under the house and began troubleshooting the water leak area. Within a minute leak was found. He made a quick trip to the truck. When he went under the house this time he came out just a few minutes later with compromised pipe in his hand and with the new water line installed and functioning.I asked him if I could get him a water and he said that he had plenty in his truck. He spoke about some of the additional services that his company could provide. Such as water purifiers and softeners that would enhance our drinking water. When he left he wished us a good evening and let us know that his company was always ready to help. We had a great experience with this high caliber professional Harold
