I've been on the CPAP machine since 2009 this is the second time that this company have claimed that I have a bill in collection and I need to paid it before they can ship my supplies. They have been filling my orders for years now all of a sudden they claim I have a bill in collection. Year ago they pulled a similar act when I move to a new city and started with a new company, which were their sister company, they claimed that I had a bill in collection and had that company to stop supplying me I placed an order they did not send the order they did not send anything to alert me why they did not ship my order I had to call them to find out what was going on and they told me that I had a bill in collections. This is the last time that I am fooling with this company the only reason I went back to them is because I moved back to my home town.

I manage another DME in the state. Today i needed some assitance from the RMG billing department. Amy B was quick, confident, and professional. From inital phone call to having what i needed was less than half hour. Great service.
