I dont know where to start! Such a wonderful team of knowledgeable and experienced staff members. I have severe anxiety, and when I say severe, I must iterate I literally cant sleep and my body shakes when I have a dental appt. BUT, all that goes away once Dr Robles-Velez walked in. She greets you with a warm hug and says a prayer while holding your hand! Very loving Doctor!! I was in such comfort and great care, that I felt nothing after the sedation and procedure. I was explained exactly what would be performed, how to prep days before, and what the future would entail with the results. Dr Robles and her husband, Dr Velez, are god sent angels from heaven to do what they do in life. Bedside manner is unreal!!! She is by your side the whole time and just brings a happy and zero anxious experience the whole time you are there. Kudos to her team for following those morals she has instilled in her practice!!! Even after the procedure, I received a phone from Dr Robles assistant to check on me and assure I was pain free and healing up. Thanks Advanced oral and facial specialist!! 5 stars is not enough for the excellent service they provide. They very much exceed that rating!

I absolutely love Dr. Robles-Velez. She is so kind, friendly, and caring. Her staff is the absolute best. Everyone treated me nice. One thing I do love about them is you can go in there with so many dental problems and they don't judge you or treat you any different. I highly recommend her. You won't regret it. As for my surgery, WHAT surgery?I didn't feel a thing and don't remember it either. All I know is that I woke up and it was over. I'm not in any pain as of now, just a little swelling which is normal. She is the best!!!! Nothing but positive vibes there! They even called to check on me at home. Again, they're the best!!

everyone that contributed to my wisdom teeth surgery were so professional, articulate and reassuring. i would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality care. special shout out to Nicole for listening to me ramble after waking up from my procedure. i wish nothing but success & prosperity to all the workers there! thank you Dr. Robles-Velez! god bless

Best freaking doctor and her husband the endodonist I have ever had in my 68 years, though my 1st 10 are lost on me due to my age 68!. She and her staff as so wonderful that if they gave out an award for best doctors in the world, I would travel anywhere to give out the award and show the world the fabulous job they did to reconstruct my mouth, including very tricky surgeries, pain and medication management, availability, and just general attitude and support by a world class team! I include her entire staff in this review, and have kidded with her, that if I was a dentist and had her caliber of staff, I might be inclined to steal some of them for me. I worked with her for over one year through thick and thin, and never once did I have any issues! I am so LUCKY
