Overrall bad experience. Apartment looked nice but was actually poorly constructed. Only three years old but theres already water damage and cracking on the ceilings. Very difficult to schedule maintenance. Had to remove myself from the lease due to abusive roommates, rentprov did not make the situation easy. Barely communicated with me, never told me when I was off the lease I only found out when I called about my security deposit which I still havent received. Was told they would reach out to accounting and call back (x2) its been about four months and still no call.
