I want to start off by saying I dislike going to take my car in anywhere as I have small kids and ultimately need to wait and well if you are a parent youll know it can be hard.
This was my BEST experience getting my car serviced yet! I am honestly impressed with the amount of compassion (I have a toddler who walked around as if he owned the place) and not once did they get upset with me or treat me in a negative way.
Charles and Jenny were amazing. I really cant speak enough on their customer service as it was subpar. I am not sure of the name of the mechanic who did my oil change and tired rotation but I was dont in less than an hour. I am super grateful and look forward to my next vehicle check up.

I paid a total of $661.95 for something that should have costed around $200
Do not drop your vehicle off
They had my truck for 16 days and were still unable to resolve all of my issues
I had to call multiple times just to get updates on the status of my vehicle which Id then hear well call you back and I never got those calls back. It was so bad I had to show up in person 3 times just to find out what was going on. Even better I never saw my vehicle in the bay when I showed up it was always sitting in the back parking lot with lack of attention. To further prove how horrible their communication is. When I spoke to the tech working on my truck (David), he didnt even know the two other issues as to why I brought my truck their in the first place! He was only told about one concern and didnt know I had told two service advisors I was there for 3 concerns!
I provided diagnostic codes that they didnt pay attention to and the code I gave them did end up being the issue. This fixed one of my issues which was literally plugging two connectors into a new part. They had also programmed a new speedometer I had. The programming is supposed to be $160. My other concern the heat was never fixed let alone ever even looked at in the 16 days they had it. Yet somehow I still ended up being charged $661.95

Took my DENALI in for an Oil change and tire rotation. The Organizer came back after 20 minutes and said I needed engine and cabin filters replaced. His words It will be $110.00. In my mind that is my total bill. When I went to pay it was $222.55. The FILTERS alone was $110.00. And for the filters, I had to pay an additional labor fee. This was NOT communicated. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I am very disappointed and will now take my business elsewhere. I am also concerned because the night before Ableoff made an unauthorized attempted to run an inquiry against my Equifax credit, and I received notification that there was an unauthorized attempt . That is why I lock my credit for cases like this
