        Unless you want to be stranded for hours until they finally call and ask "do you still need assistance?"! WOW! Called at 430PM due to flat tire. As of 730PM they are a complete no-show while I'm sitting at a gas station and now it's getting dark. I call the SAME NUMBER and receive no answer a minimum of 50 times! Finally a man answered and said "oh the truck is 15 minutes away"! This was about 6PM. Another 50 unanswered calls until 730PM, I called AAA Roadside and they were there in 20 minutes, fixed my flat in 10 and I was on my way home. Then at 915PM I get a call from THIS COMPANY asking if i "still needed assistance?"!!!! WHAT!!!??? Told them to refund my credit card (since they force you to pay prior to them dispatching) and they hung up on me. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they kept the charge as active. DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!!!!
