Charles was great he to quality time with my wife and I. He explained and demonstrated the qualities of each product and made adjustments to the products to complete our experience. He reviewed financing and delivery options for the bed we chose. Whether they brought a bed or not I would recommend this location and Charles. The Frazier's

Charles and Rashid were fantastic. Walked us through the demo, didnt push anything on us, and were very attentive when it came time to narrow things down and order a bed.

I went to purchase a smart bed and, which I did and, the manager was really nice and helpful, my problem was waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery and, on the day of arrival they was really late that put me behind on my schedule and, then barely explained quickly but they was nice. So they put the bed together and, the bed was messed up because the stickers was removed from the legs and, the bed was very wobbly and, the other technician that came on on friday because the bed was delivered on a Wednesday. So they told me that the parts had to be order and customer service calls me and said I had to wait until they arrived at my house and the next appt would be 9/20 really and the the tech said I needed a bar for the mattress, so customer service said 30.00 what I just got the bed and 2300.00 dollars, get ne a manager, so that was fixed but, I dont like I have to be in a wobbly bed and still have wait another few weeks for parts. I'm really thinking about returning this bed.
