        We stayed here March 1-3, 2024 and had a fantastic experience. We checked into Penthouse 2 and it was clean and so spacious! Juliet checked us in and was amazing. She was so welcoming and answered any questions we had. I train folks that work in hospitality/hotels for a living and I was so impressed with Juliet's service and positive attitude! The suite was clean! I even moved the couch to get to a socket and it was clean underneath. Our bathroom was a wonderful size. I think some of the others might be small so I would def suggest going for the penthouse. It was fantastic to have a full fridge and kitchen and the hotel is in an easy to navigate and explore part of Philly. Even when we ordered food, the front desk brought it up to us. They even left chocolates and a hand written card for my husband since we were visiting to celebrate his birthday. I almost don't want people to know how great this place is so we never have to risk them being booked. Lol! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! I can't wait to check out more of this brand in other places.

        This is an excellent hotel. Staff is helpful, kind, and professional. The suites are extremely clean, spacious, and modern. This is easily one of the best hotel stays I have ever had on the East Coast.
