        Made an appointment months out. Call to confirm appointment. They tell me my appointment was cancelled because they changed systems, it didnt carry over, and that I had to wait 3 months for another appointment. Told Id be on a cancellation list. Its been over a month now, havent gotten a single call. Im being penalized for an error made by the office - the right thing to do was to schedule me in ASAP. Good dentist, but bad management.
